Analysis of the composition and general requirements of rubber speed bumps
The rubber deceleration belt is composed of yellow and black rubber deceleration belt units. It is designed according to the angle principle between the tire and the special rubber on the ground when the vehicle is running, and is made of special rubber. The rubber deceleration belt should be integrally formed, and the outer surface should have stripes to increase adhesion. Each speed bump unit should have retro-reflective material for easy identification at night facing the direction of vehicle travel. There should be no pores on the surface, no obvious scratches or lack of material, and the color should be uniform and free of flash.
The name of the production unit should be pressed on the surface of the rubber deceleration belt. If it is connected to the ground by bolts, the bolt holes shall be countersunk holes. Each unit of the speed bump should be connected in a reliable way. The cross-section in the width and height directions of the speed bump unit should be approximately trapezoidal or arc-shaped. The width dimension should be within the range of (300mm±5mm)~(400mm±5mm), and the height dimension should be within the range of (25mm±2mm)-(70mm±2mm). 1. Pressure resistance A two-axle vehicle with a vehicle weight of 20t passes through the rubber speed bump that has been fixed on the road at a speed of 40km/h. After the test, the sample is visually inspected. After the test, the rubber speed bump should be free of any damage or cracking. 2. Retroreflective performance The retroreflective performance of the rubber deceleration belt unit facing the driving direction of the vehicle shall not be lower than the requirements specified in Table 1. 3. Climate and environmental adaptability After being subjected to various environmental tests, the rubber deceleration belt should have no discoloration, cracks, peeling, warping, etc., and its elongation at break and tensile strength should still meet the requirements of 3. 4. Solvent resistance ①After the rubber speed bump is wiped with No. 93 gasoline, there should be no obvious signs of dissolution and damage. ②After the rubber speed bump is wiped with No. 0 diesel oil, there should be no obvious signs of dissolution and damage. ③After the rubber speed bump is wiped with SAE5W-30 lubricating oil, there should be no obvious signs of dissolution and damage.
